1. What is your shipping terms and methods?
We use US Priority First Class Mail to ship all orders.
2. What is your return/refund policy?
All sales are final unless the item you received does not match your Invoice, or the item arrives broken or otherwise functionally not usable.
3. Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Once you complete your order and proceed to checkout, your order is secured via an encrypted SSL connection.
4. What information do you store about me and my order?
We keep a digital record of the item, price, shipping and item number for every order placed at chefshanekelly.com. We do not store any credit card or personal financial information.
4. What about international orders?
Due to the high cost of shipping items through customs and/or overseas, we do not ship international orders at this time. If you live in a country outside of the United States and would like to make a direct request for an item, please email us at info@chefshanekelly.com.
