That's when you know you're a full-on "real food" convert, when people tell you about someone getting hurt or sick or experiencing bad symtoms of some type or another and you think, "what could that person eat or not eat to help heal them?" I confess, it's most all I think about on any given day, food and how...

Since I don’t have children they have been an incredible help in testing my recipes on their families and giving me invaluable feedback.
This blog is to publicly thank them for...
